Thursday 22 & Friday 23 October 2026
The State Room, Bedford Swan Hotel & Thermal Spa
Investment: £1,750
Your place includes two full intensive days, tea and coffee throughout, lunch on both days, all event materials and the Audacity Dinner on Thursday evening.
For 30 years, I have worked in human behaviour and performance, including work with leading CEOs and celebrities. I was named the World’s Best Hypnotist on CBS, and I use evidence-led, data-driven methods designed to produce observable change. There is no woo-woo filler here.
This is the first time I have offered the complete process as a group intensive. Private clients ordinarily invest at least £12,000 for me to take them through this level of strategic and psychological work.
You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended the workshops and saved enough business advice to establish a small university.
You already know that some actions produce considerably more value than others. You know there are decisions you have delayed, people you should have followed up with and opportunities that deserved a faster response. You may know that you need to become more visible, make a stronger offer, take control of a neglected area or stop spending valuable hours doing work somebody else could handle perfectly well.
The difficulty appears when the action carries discomfort, uncertainty or the possibility of being judged. A straightforward commercial decision becomes an internal debate. A simple follow-up message takes three days to write. A strong idea is reduced, softened and postponed until it has lost most of the power that made it valuable.
Meanwhile, the working day fills itself. Clients need attention, emails arrive, minor problems present themselves as emergencies and somebody sends you a voice note long enough to develop its own supporting cast.
You finish the week knowing you worked hard, although the work most capable of changing the business is still waiting.

Revenue arrives later than it should. Leads cool down. Offers remain unfinished. Weak systems stay in place because correcting them would require a firm decision. Opportunities move towards somebody who acted while you were still considering every possible outcome.
Nothing dramatic has to happen for delay to damage a business. The loss accumulates through the calls you did not make, the follow-ups you left too late, the decisions you carried for another month and the valuable work repeatedly pushed behind easier tasks.
Another quarter passes. You remain busy. The business produces a result that falls well below your capability.
Some work produces revenue, authority, momentum and opportunity. Other work keeps you occupied while allowing you to avoid the decisions and behaviours that could change the business.
On Day One, we separate the two.
You will examine what is working, what is wasting resources and where your effort can produce the greatest return. You will decide what should be automated, delegated, removed or taken firmly back under your control. You will also identify the success habits required for the next stage of your business.
A clear direction has limited value when your existing habits still default to avoidance, distraction, hesitation or second-guessing. You can make an excellent decision during an intensive and still return to the old pattern when Monday morning arrives.
On Day Two, we upgrade the internal automation responsible for carrying your Day One decisions through.
Using the DELETE Method™, hypnosis and the Success Acceptance Procedure, we address the old beliefs, emotional baggage and learned patterns that interfere with execution. We then install and reinforce the specific success habits, behaviours and self-image required by your next level.
Day One
IdentifIes the right actions
Day Two
helps make those actions automatic

Consider how your business might look six months from now if you consistently carried out the actions you already know matter.
You follow up while the opportunity is still warm. You make a commercial decision and carry it through without reopening the entire discussion the following morning. You complete the work most closely connected to revenue before allowing messages, administration and other people’s priorities to take over the day.
You become more visible without treating every post, email or conversation as a referendum on your worth. You state the price without immediately trying to make it smaller. You ask for the sale and allow the other person to decide.
You take control where the business requires your leadership. You release the tasks that no longer require your personal involvement. You stop spending premium hours on low-value activity simply because it feels familiar and safe.
The significant actions no longer depend upon a burst of motivation, a perfect mood or the arrival of a miraculous Monday morning during which nobody contacts you or requires anything.
They happen because they have become part of how you operate.
What would that change financially?
Which opportunities would become available once people could see what you do, understand its value and receive a timely invitation to buy?
Most people can picture several possible futures when a significant opportunity appears. They can see the best-case outcome, an acceptable middle ground and the worst possible result in extraordinary detail.
The worst-case scenario often receives the greatest amount of thought and emotional energy. The fear of that outcome begins controlling the decision. The ambitious idea becomes smaller, the message becomes cautious and the action is delayed until the opportunity carries very little force.

Day One is a complete audit of your business and the way you are currently operating within it.
We begin with where the business is now, where you want it to go and what is genuinely aligned with that direction. This is your ambition and your definition of success. You will not be forced into somebody else’s version of growth because they have recently discovered the phrase “eight figures” and have become unable to discuss anything else.
We examine how your time, attention, energy and resources are currently being used. We look at what is producing results, what is creating unnecessary drag and which actions have the strongest commercial case.
A central part of this work applies the Pareto 80/20 principle directly to your business. In many businesses, a relatively small proportion of activity produces a disproportionate amount of the result.
The principle is simple. Applying it honestly can be confronting.
You may discover that an activity taking several hours each week contributes very little to sales, retention or growth. You may recognise that your most valuable opportunities arrive through a small number of relationships, offers or actions that have received nowhere near enough attention.
There may be projects you keep maintaining because stopping them would require a decision. There may be work you continue doing because you are good at it, even though your ability to do something does not make it a sensible use of your time.
You may also identify the important action you have hidden beneath months of respectable activity.
The follow-up you have avoided.
The decision you keep carrying.
The conversation that would clarify the situation.
The offer that needs to be put in front of people.
The area you need to lead instead of hoping it improves by itself.
During Day One, we stop allowing urgency, habit and avoidance to determine how you use your business.
You will examine:
01 Where the business is going and what is aligned with that direction
02 Which actions, clients, offers or opportunities are producing the greatest return
03 Where time, money and attention are being wasted
04 Which decisions have remained open for too long
05 What you have been avoiding and why it matters
06 Which activities create the appearance of productivity without enough commercial value
07 What should be automated
08 What can be delegated
09 What should be removed completely
10 What requires your direct control and leadership
11 Which habits support your present level
12 Which success habits your next level requires
You will leave Day One with a shorter and considerably more valuable set of priorities
You will know what needs to happen, which actions matter most and how you need to operate when you return to the business.
You will also know where your existing thoughts, habits and behaviours are likely to interfere.
That gives the work on Day Two a precise target.

Most established business owners do not have an effort problem. They are already doing too much.
They deliver the service, look after the clients, manage the team, create the content, answer enquiries, fix systems and maintain a relationship with Canva that has become more committed than several marriages.
The difficulty is that effort does not have equal commercial value.
Some actions generate revenue, strengthen authority and open opportunities. Others provide the reassuring sensation of being productive while the important work remains safely untouched
You can spend an entire day improving things nobody will notice, responding to matters somebody else could handle and adjusting work that was already good enough. At five o’clock, you have completed a respectable amount without doing the one thing most likely to create a sale or move the business forward.
The obvious answer appears to be greater discipline, another productivity system or an earlier alarm.
That usually adds more effort to the same faulty pattern.
You will stop treating every task as though it deserves equal access to your diary and begin concentrating your attention where it can produce a meaningful return.
A business owner can make a firm decision on Thursday and begin negotiating with it before breakfast on Friday.
They decide to increase the price, then immediately start constructing a discount for people who have not objected.
They decide to become more visible, then publish a photograph of a coffee cup accompanied by the mysterious announcement that “big things are coming”.
They decide to follow up with prospective clients, then convince themselves that genuinely interested people will return when they are ready. Several of those people have now changed jobs, moved house and forgotten why they enquired.
This is why information and strategy have limits.
You can leave an event with a notebook full of sensible actions and still return to the same behaviour on Monday morning. Your plan may be new, while the habits, expectations and self-image of the person executing it remain unchanged.
You may consciously want a larger business while associating growth with pressure, judgement or loss of freedom. You may want to earn more while feeling uncomfortable charging or receiving more. You may want support while remaining convinced that nobody can complete a task without your supervision and fourteen amendments.
You may understand that visibility matters while carrying an established fear of criticism. You may recognise the importance of following up while interpreting the act of selling as pressure, rejection or the risk of appearing needy.
Each time the action appears, the existing programme responds before your best intentions have a chance to take control.
The conscious decision says, “This needs to happen.”
The old automation creates a convincing reason to do it later.

Much of what you think, do and repeat each day is automatic.
Your brain does not reconsider every familiar action from the beginning. It develops patterns and habits that allow repeated behaviours to happen with less conscious thought and effort.
Think about brushing your teeth.
You do not stand at the sink each morning debating whether brushing is the correct strategic move. You do not analyse your confidence, wait for inspiration or spend three days producing the ideal brushing plan.
You pick up the toothbrush and begin because the behaviour has become automatic.
The same process is operating throughout your business.
For the purposes of this intensive, think of your cybernetic system as the internal automation that keeps directing you towards familiar thoughts, habits, behaviours and results.
When that automation supports success, the right actions happen consistently. When it is built around old beliefs, outdated expectations and defensive patterns, you can make excellent decisions and still find yourself hesitating, avoiding or reducing the action.
You decide to follow up immediately, although the existing automation creates discomfort and delay.
You intend to complete the most valuable work first, although established habits pull you towards messages, administration and easier tasks.
You commit to becoming more visible, then automatically retreat as soon as visibility begins to increase.
You decide to delegate, then take the work back because allowing somebody else to complete it feels unfamiliar.
The business owner often concludes that they lack discipline. In practice, they are repeatedly running an established programme.
On Day One, we identify the success habits and actions your next level requires.

On Day Two, we upgrade the programme.
Using the DELETE Method™, hypnosis and the Success Acceptance Procedure, we address the beliefs, emotional baggage, money blocks and behavioural patterns that keep dragging you towards familiar results.
We then install and reinforce the specific success habits identified during Day One so that the right actions begin to feel increasingly natural, familiar and automatic.
You wake up and complete the important work.
You follow up while the opportunity is warm.
You make the decision and carry it through.
You act before hesitation turns one clear action into a week-long internal discussion.
The aim is to make your success habits as natural and low effort as the other automated behaviours already built into your day.
You retain your judgement and your ability to change direction when the evidence requires it. You stop wasting enormous amounts of mental energy persuading yourself to carry out actions you have already decided matter.
The new habits need room to operate.
Through the DELETE Method™, we identify and address the active beliefs, emotional associations and learned responses connected to your Day One decisions.
Because the business work has already taken place, the psychological work has a specific target. We know what you need to do, which habits need to become consistent and where resistance has previously appeared.

This may include:
01 Money blocks affecting pricing, selling or receiving
02 Fear of visibility, criticism or judgement
03 Old experiences influencing present commercial decisions
04 Procrastination and avoidance
05 The habit of second-guessing yourself
06 Pulling back when an opportunity becomes real
07 Associating growth with stress, pressure or loss of freedom
08 Avoiding sales conversations and follow-up
09 Remaining busy to avoid work carrying greater emotional risk
10 A self-image built around your current level of results
11 Beliefs about what somebody like you is entitled or able to achieve
We work with what is active, relevant and affecting your behaviour now.
A clever explanation for a pattern has limited value when you continue repeating it. The purpose is to change the response that appears when you need to act.
Once the old programming has been addressed, we install what your next level requires.
Success rarely depends upon one enormous action. It develops through valuable behaviours repeated consistently.
Following up promptly.
Making decisions while the information is current.
Taking control where leadership is needed.
Having the conversation.
Completing the high-return work before the easy work.
Allowing somebody else to handle tasks that no longer require you.
Publishing the offer.
Asking for the sale.
Following up promptly.
Completing the high-return work before the easy work.
Making decisions while the information is current.
Allowing somebody else to handle tasks that no longer require you.
Taking control where leadership is needed.
Publishing the offer.
Having the conversation.
Asking for the sale.
Each behaviour appears straightforward when written down. The commercial result is created through the consistency with which it happens.
During Day One, you define the success habits required for the business you want to build. During Day Two, hypnosis is used to install, rehearse and reinforce them.
The behaviour begins to require less effort and internal negotiation.
Following up becomes what you do when somebody expresses interest. Decisive action becomes a familiar part of your leadership. Valuable work receives attention before your day is surrendered to whatever demands it first.
Many people consciously want greater success while carrying an internal limit on how much success feels safe, deserved or acceptable.
Growth can require higher prices, greater visibility, firmer leadership and increased responsibility. It can expose you to judgement from people who were never going to buy from you anyway. It may require you to release an identity that has felt familiar for years and behave like somebody who expects to be taken seriously.
A person can pursue growth and still pull back each time the opportunity becomes real.
They lower the price, dilute the message, delay the launch or fill the day with low-risk activity. The behaviour protects the familiar identity while preventing the desired result.
The Success Acceptance Procedure is used after your new direction has been established and the old blocks have been addressed.
It installs and reinforces the beliefs, habits, behaviours, standards and self-image required for your next level. Its purpose is to make greater success feel sufficiently familiar to accept, sustain and build upon.
You stop treating each step forward as an unusual event. You begin operating from the expectation that this is simply how you work now.
Day One establishes what your best-case business requires.
Day Two helps you become the person capable of carrying it out consistently.

I have spent 30 years working in human behaviour and performance. During that time, I have watched trends come and go, fashionable explanations presented as established facts and an extraordinary amount of nonsense sold to intelligent people because it sounds profound.
You will not find any of that here.
There will be no sound bowls, no vague nervous-system regulation bullshit and no fashionable language used to disguise the absence of a recognisable result.
On Day One, we examine what is happening inside your business. We look at where your time is going, which activities are creating results, what is being avoided and where the strongest opportunities lie.
On Day Two, we focus on the thoughts, habits and behaviours directly connected to those findings. I use evidence-informed principles of learning, expectation, mental rehearsal, habit formation and hypnotic response to create targeted behavioural change.
The standard is practical.
Feeling inspired in the room is pleasant. The value lies in what changes when you return to the business.
This is hypnosis used in a way you are unlikely to have experienced before.
There will be no generic relaxation session accompanied by broad suggestions about confidence, abundance and attracting opportunities from the universe
The hypnosis is built around the decisions, actions and success habits identified during Day One.
There will be no generic relaxation session accompanied by broad suggestions about confidence, abundance and attracting opportunities from the universe
The hypnosis is built around the decisions, actions and success habits identified during Day One.
You may need to follow up without attaching emotional baggage to the action. You may need to feel more comfortable stating your price, being visible, leading a team or taking control of an area that has been neglected.
You may need to stop treating each meaningful action as though it requires a special mood, a perfect script or several days of preparation.
The behaviour begins to require less effort and internal negotiation.
Whatever your strategy requires, the hypnosis is directed towards installing the internal responses that support it.
You remain aware and involved throughout. The work focuses on changes you have already identified and chosen.
The objective is straightforward: when you return to the business, the actions that matter should feel easier to begin, more familiar to repeat and increasingly consistent with the person you have decided to become.

I am Krystyna Lennon, creator of the DELETE Method™ and the hypnotist named the World’s Best Hypnotist on the CBS television programme The World’s Best
For 30 years, I have worked with leading CEOs and celebrities, helping people change how they think, feel and behave. My work has appeared across approximately 50 television programmes and has received more than 100 million views on YouTube.
I also hold an O-1 extraordinary ability visa, granted in recognition of exceptional achievement in my field.
Alongside my work in hypnosis and behavioural change, I work as an executive coach and business strategist. I understand the commercial decision and the psychology of the person responsible for carrying it out.
That combination is central to the Disrupter Intensive.
A strategist can identify a sensible action while leaving the resistance to that action untouched. Behavioural work can create a powerful change in state without establishing what the business actually requires.
This intensive connects the two.
You will identify what needs to happen in the business, remove the programming that has been interfering with it and install the habits required to execute it

Accommodation is booked and paid for separately.

Private clients ordinarily invest at least £12,000 for me to take them through this level of strategic and psychological work.
For the first time, I am bringing the complete process into one small-group, two-day intensive.
You receive the business audit, the strategic decisions, the DELETE Method™, targeted hypnosis, automated success-habit installation and the Success Acceptance Procedure for:

One strong commercial decision could recover the investment.
One valuable opportunity acted upon promptly could produce a new client, partnership or source of revenue.
One success habit installed and repeated consistently could continue creating a return for years.
The investment deserves consideration. The cost of carrying the same delays, distractions and internal arguments into another quarter deserves consideration as well.
Only 30 places are available.
The Disrupter Intensive is designed for established business owners who know their current results do not reflect their full capability.
You may already be successful by many people’s standards. You also know where hesitation, distraction or inconsistent execution is limiting what the business could become.
This may include:
You work hard and receive too little return from the effort
You have delayed decisions that should already have been made
You avoid follow-up, visibility, selling or difficult conversations
You retain work that another capable person could handle
You reduce ambitious ideas until they feel safe
You are ready to take command of what happens next
You know which actions matter but fail to carry them out consistently
You spend too much time reacting and too little time directing
You have become a bottleneck within your own business
You have delegated areas that require your leadership
You keep returning to the same level despite knowing you are capable of more

You do not need a formal business plan, a perfect set of goals or every answer prepared in advance.

This is unlikely to suit you when you are looking for passive inspiration, general business information or two pleasant days away from your responsibilities.
You will be asked to examine the business honestly. Some activities, projects and decisions may be exposed as expensive distractions. You may need to accept that the work you enjoy is not always the work the business requires from you.
You will also need to participate in the psychological work. Hypnosis cannot run your business after the event, and no responsible practitioner should promise that it will. The purpose is to make the right behaviours more natural and automatic; you remain responsible for applying them.

You return to the business with a shorter and more commercially valuable set of priorities.
You know where your effort produces the strongest return. You understand what needs automating, what can be handed over, what should be removed and what requires your leadership.
The old baggage affecting those decisions has been addressed. The success habits required for execution have been installed and rehearsed.
The next time a valuable opportunity appears, you respond while it is still warm. When an important action needs to happen, you complete it before the day disappears into other people’s priorities. When a decision is yours to make, you make it and move.
You stop allowing the worst-case scenario to control your ambition and begin behaving in a way that gives the best-case result a serious chance of happening.
Six months from now, the difference may be visible in revenue, opportunity, the quality of your decisions and the way you use your time.
It may also be visible in the absence of something that has been exhausting you for years: the repeated internal argument between what you know needs to happen and what you actually do.
A £1,750 decision should come with clear information. This section needs to contain your confirmed payment, cancellation, transfer and event-protection terms before the page is published.

Everybody can be hypnotised.
The concern usually comes from a previous experience with poor-quality hypnosis that produced little or no meaningful change. Hypnosis has been heavily diluted over the years, and many people have visited generic local hypnotherapists with limited training, weak qualifications and no real track record. When the session fails to produce a result, they assume the problem must be their ability to be hypnotised.
The ability of the practitioner matters.
I hold an O-1 extraordinary ability visa and was named the World’s Best Hypnotist on CBS’s The World’s Best. I have been selected to work with people including Drew Barrymore, James Corden and RuPaul because I produce results that most hypnotists cannot achieve.
The hypnosis used during the Disrupter Intensive is precise, directed and built around the decisions, behaviours and success habits identified during Day One. It is not a generic relaxation session filled with broad suggestions that could apply to anybody.
No.
Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state of consciousness. You remain aware of what is happening, you retain control throughout and you cannot become stuck in hypnosis.
The methods I use are among the safest available. We do not use regression-to-cause techniques or unnecessarily take people back through distressing experiences. The work is focused on removing the beliefs, emotional associations and automated patterns affecting you now, then installing the habits and responses required for what comes next.
You are not handing over control. You are using hypnosis deliberately to regain control of the automatic programming already influencing your decisions and behaviour.
Yes. The change can be immediate.
During Day One, we identify the exact actions and success habits your business requires from you. During Day Two, we install those habits as new automatic responses, so you are no longer relying on motivation, willpower or another promise to start on Monday.
You can wake up the following morning taking the actions you have always wanted to take, including the actions you have repeatedly avoided or dreaded.
You follow up while the opportunity is still warm. You make the decision and carry it through. You complete the important work before the day disappears into messages and minor demands. You have the conversation you have postponed and take the action without spending another week negotiating with yourself first.
That is why the intensive does not stop at strategy. Knowing what to do cannot produce a result while the old automation continues running your behaviour. We upgrade that automation so the habits required for your success become natural, familiar and easier to carry out immediately.
Yes. The work is built around your own business, decisions and success habits.
Day One establishes where your business is going, which actions are capable of producing the greatest return and how you need to operate to carry them out consistently.
That information gives the hypnosis on Day Two a precise target. You are not being asked to adopt somebody else’s goals, priorities or definition of success. The process takes place in a group, while the changes you apply it to are specific to you.
Knowing is rarely the problem.
You may already know that you need to follow up faster, become more visible, make a decision, delegate more effectively or complete the work that produces the strongest return.
The difficulty is carrying those actions out consistently when your old automation continues defaulting to hesitation, avoidance, distraction or second-guessing.
Day One identifies the actions that matter most and removes the noise around them. Day Two changes the automated thoughts, habits and behaviours responsible for whether those actions actually happen.
You leave with clarity about what to do and the internal programming required to do it.
No.
We do not use regression-to-cause techniques, and we do not go searching through your history for dramatic explanations that have no direct relevance to your present behaviour.
The work is focused on what is active now.
When an old belief, emotional association or learned response is affecting your pricing, visibility, leadership, decision-making or ability to follow through, we address that pattern without unnecessarily taking you back through the original experience.
This is forward-focused, transformative work designed to change what happens next.
No.
The Disrupter Intensive is a business and performance event focused on commercial decisions, behaviour, execution and the automated habits responsible for your results.
There will be no sound bowls, vague nervous-system regulation bullshit or woo-woo language used to disguise the absence of a recognisable outcome.
We work from business data, observable behaviour and evidence-led methods. The standard is what changes when you return to the business.
The intensive is designed for established business owners with genuine commercial activity to examine.
You may have clients, offers, a team, an audience or several years of experience. You do not need a formal business plan, and you do not need to arrive with every answer.
You do need enough real information for us to identify what is producing results, what is wasting your effort and where delayed decisions or established habits are limiting the business.
You also need to be ready to examine those things honestly, make decisions and act on what becomes clear.
